Muddy Meetups

These weekly groups will be held in our safe enclosed venue allowing loads of space for indoor and outdoor play.

We meet on a Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30 am – 12 noon. This allows for a flexible arrival and departure too suit nap times etc. The structured learning part will begin at 10am for anyone who wishes to take part (we understand crafting and listening to stories does not suit everyone!) We have prepared seasonal lessons for each week with a different related craft, story and sensory activity each week.

The sessions are a great opportunity for children to visit a working farm. Our facility enables children to experience being on a farm in a safe and controlled environment. Each week the children will learn about what has been happening on the farm.

They will get to see and feed the animals in the animal paddocks and have time to play in the enclosed play paddock and undercover play area. During each term the children will have fun learning about different animals, farm machinery (including live demonstrations), farm wildlife and the life of a farmer.

These sessions aim to encourage children to think about and understand where their food comes from in a fun, interactive and informal way. The benefits of seeing the farm on a weekly basis gives the children a real insight into the farming seasons and where their food comes from.

Our on site coffee bar will be available to purchase a snack and drink from.

We are a welcoming, friendly and relaxed group!
